I'm a devoted father, friend, natural farmer, licensed massage & bodywork therapist and certified nutrition educator practicing in & around Marshall, NC.My approach to bodywork and nutrition is pragmatic & inspired by both eastern & western modalities/paradigms. Sessions are calm, compassionate and restorative - focused on helping your body shift into your parasympathetic (rest & digest) state.In bodywork, you can anticipate a diverse blend of techniques, including gentle rocking and patting inspired by yin-style Bagua, gentle joint mobilizations, targeted trigger point & pain relief, and almost always some time spent on the nape of the neck.In nutrition consultations, our conversation will center on your current digestive health, daily dietary patterns, and lifestyle habits. Together, we will craft practical, sustainable nourishment recommendations and strategies designed to leave you feeling refreshed, vitalized, and operating at your best.I look forward to working with and caring for you.
